Sign up as a Referral Partner
Create your account, verify your identity, and agree to the partner terms. Your application enters verification — typically approved within 1–2 business days.
Find a vacancy or introduce an employer
Browse open vacancies on the job board, or introduce an employer who's hiring. You can refer candidates for any vacancy marked as referral-eligible.
Submit a referral with consent
Enter the candidate's details and confirm you have their consent to share their information. Our system checks for duplicates to prevent conflicts between partners.
Screening & interviews
Our recruiters and the employer review the candidate. You can track the referral's status — submitted, screening, interview, offer — in real time on your dashboard.
Candidate is hired
When the employer makes an offer and the candidate accepts, the referral status moves to 'hire_confirmed'. The employment start date is recorded.
Employment verification milestone
After the candidate starts, we wait for the milestone period defined in the commission agreement — typically 30 days — to confirm the placement is stable.
Commission approved & paid
Once verified, your commission is approved by the finance team and added to your wallet. You can request a payout via bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, or Wise.

Things to know before you start
- • You must have the candidate's explicit consent before submitting a referral.
- • Duplicate referrals are detected automatically — the first partner to submit a candidate for a vacancy gets credit.
- • Commission amounts are set by the commission agreement linked to each vacancy. You'll see the amount before you refer.
- • Payouts are processed within 10 business days of commission approval, using your chosen payout method.
- • If a candidate leaves before the verification milestone, the commission is voided per the agreement terms.
