Commission Information
Transparent, performance-based commissions. You see the terms before you refer, and every cent is tracked in a real ledger.
Three commission models
Each vacancy specifies its commission model. Here's how they work.
Fixed Commission
A set amount paid for each successful placement. Simple and predictable — you know exactly what you'll earn per referral.
Percentage Commission
A percentage of the service fee charged to the employer. Scales with the role's seniority and salary level.
Tiered Commission
Commission increases as you make more placements within a period. Rewards high-performing partners with higher rates.

Step 1: Refer candidates
Submit candidates for referral-eligible vacancies. Each vacancy shows its commission amount upfront.
Step 2: Candidate is hired
When your referred candidate accepts an offer and starts, the referral moves to 'hire_confirmed'.
Step 3: Verification & payout
After the milestone period (usually 30 days), your commission is approved and added to your wallet.
Payout methods include bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, and Wise. All payouts are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?⌄
Commissions are approved after the employment verification milestone (typically 30 days after the candidate starts). Once approved, payouts are processed within 10 business days using your chosen method — bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, or Wise.
What if the candidate leaves early?⌄
If a candidate leaves before the verification milestone defined in the commission agreement, the commission is voided. This protects employers from paying for placements that don't stick. The milestone period is clearly shown on each vacancy before you refer.
How are duplicate referrals handled?⌄
Our system automatically detects duplicates based on candidate email, phone, and name. The first partner to submit a specific candidate for a specific vacancy receives credit. If a duplicate is detected, the later submission is flagged and the partner is notified.
Do I need to be a registered company?⌄
No. Individual referral partners can join — you just need to verify your identity. If you're an agency, you can register as an agency administrator to manage multiple recruiters under your organization.
Are there any fees to join?⌄
No. Registration is free, there are no monthly fees, and you never pay upfront. You only earn — commissions are paid out from the service fees charged to employers.
Can I see the commission amount before referring?⌄
Yes. Every referral-eligible vacancy shows the commission type and amount. You'll always know what you'll earn before you submit a referral.
